Delete Account In-App (Preferred)
- Open the app and go to Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt. This initiates account removal and data cleanup for associated profile records.
Email Request Fallback
If you cannot access the app, email support@tmns.app with subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the account email or username used in the app to help us verify and process your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile identity records and linked user account data.
- Stored progress metadata associated with the deleted account.
- Raw opted-in detection-improvement samples that are still linked to your account.
- Access tokens and active session credentials.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
- Security and fraud-prevention records where legally required.
- Limited billing and audit records required for compliance.
- Server logs with bounded retention windows.
- Anonymized curated model-improvement samples that have already been separated from your account identity.
Processing Window
Typical completion target: 30 days. Complex or legally constrained cases may require additional time.
