Data Deletion Instructions

Users can delete their account inside the app or request deletion support by email.

Delete Account In-App (Preferred)

  1. Open the app and go to Account.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion prompt. This initiates account removal and data cleanup for associated profile records.

Email Request Fallback

If you cannot access the app, email support@tmns.app with subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include the account email or username used in the app to help us verify and process your request.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile identity records and linked user account data.
  • Stored progress metadata associated with the deleted account.
  • Raw opted-in detection-improvement samples that are still linked to your account.
  • Access tokens and active session credentials.

What May Be Retained Temporarily

  • Security and fraud-prevention records where legally required.
  • Limited billing and audit records required for compliance.
  • Server logs with bounded retention windows.
  • Anonymized curated model-improvement samples that have already been separated from your account identity.

Processing Window

Typical completion target: 30 days. Complex or legally constrained cases may require additional time.
