This Privacy Policy explains how TERMINUS - THE LINE collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app and related support channels. It also explains your privacy choices and how to request account or data changes.
This policy applies to our iOS app, our website at https://www.tmns.app, and direct support communications.

Account and profile information
- Sign-in identifiers and account records.
- Profile details such as username and account preferences.
- Subscription and entitlement status needed for access control.
Training and performance information
- Scenario run outcomes (for example: action, timing, and result).
- Session history and usage progress signals.
- App interaction data needed to provide analytics and feature performance views.
- If you explicitly opt in, short event-centered dry-fire detection samples such as brief audio clips, model-sized posture frames, and related detector metadata used to improve click detection and posture fusion.
Community features information
- Votes and comments you submit in community features.
- Community metadata such as timestamps and moderation status related to submitted content.
Purchase and subscription information
- Subscription entitlement status and purchase signals needed to provide paid access.
- Apple processes billing and payment details directly; we do not receive your full payment card information.
Device and diagnostics information
- Device model, operating system version, app version/build.
- Crash and reliability diagnostics.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs.
Support communications
- Information you send to support, including email contents and any attachments you provide.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality and account access.
- Operate training, scoring, and progress-history features.
- Provide subscription access and restore eligibility.
- Deliver support, troubleshooting, and account assistance.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and enforce platform rules.
- Improve app quality, reliability, and user experience.
- If you opt in, review and improve dry-fire click detection, posture/fusion models, and related quality controls.
- Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Infrastructure, data storage, analytics, and support vendors that process data on our behalf.
- Platform providers: Apple services used for sign-in, subscriptions, and app distribution.
- Community visibility: Content you submit to community features (such as comments/votes) may be visible to other users inside the app.
- Legal and safety reasons: When required by law or needed to protect users, rights, or service integrity.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, financing, or acquisition.
When we share data with service providers, we require them to use the data only for authorized purposes and to provide protections consistent with this policy.
5. Tracking, Advertising, and Identifiers
- We do not use your data for cross-app or cross-website tracking for third-party targeted advertising.
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
- If our practices change in a way that requires tracking permission under Apple's AppTrackingTransparency rules, we will request consent before such tracking.
6. Community Visibility and Moderation
Comments, votes, or other content you submit in community features may be visible to other users in the app.
- We may review and moderate community content to enforce our Terms and safety standards.
- You can report objectionable content to support@tmns.app.
- Moderation actions and related records may be retained for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Account records are retained while your account is active.
- Operational, support, and security records may be retained for limited periods based on business and legal requirements.
- Opt-in raw detection-improvement samples are retained only for a limited review window and then deleted unless selected for anonymized training use.
- If an opted-in sample is promoted into an anonymized curated training set, we may retain that anonymized version after account deletion because it no longer identifies you.
- If you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify data unless retention is legally required.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
- Request account deletion and associated personal data removal.
- Request access to or correction of personal information.
- Request help with subscription or account-linked data issues.
- Depending on your region, request deletion, restriction, or data portability where applicable.
To delete your account from the app, use the in-app account deletion flow. You can also review the deletion process on the Data Deletion page.

9. Region-Specific Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
- U.S. state privacy laws (where applicable): rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and appeal certain decisions.
- EEA/UK and similar regimes (where applicable): rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, and request data portability.
- You may designate an authorized agent where allowed by law, subject to verification.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When this occurs, we apply reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information in transit and at rest.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system can guarantee absolute security.
12. App Permissions and On-Device Access
TERMINUS requests microphone and camera access only when you start a dry-fire scenario session or timer run that uses on-device rep detection. We use that access only for the purpose presented in-app and only after permission is granted.
You can browse the app, account screens, and legal/support resources without granting those permissions. You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
13. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Apple App Store Privacy Disclosures
We provide app privacy details in App Store Connect, including data practices of relevant third-party SDKs and service providers. We aim to keep those disclosures and this policy accurate and current.
If data practices change, we update this policy and update App Store privacy disclosures as required.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when changes are posted.
